Branding and design for a planning consultation campaign to restore three Victorian buildings into high-quality student accommodation in Kensington, London.
The Brief
28–32 Pembridge Gardens comprises three Grade II-listed Victorian properties in Kensington, owned by Imperial College London. Having gradually fallen into disrepair, they require substantial refurbishment to meet modern standards. A clear and sensitive consultation campaign was required to gather views on the proposed conversion into high-quality student residences.

The Process
Partnering with Hedry, we created a consultation brand to communicate the proposals. Our approach prioritised transparency and local context, helping to build trust and gather feedback from the community through a dedicated website and public exhibition.
The concept for the logo was to link No. 28 and No. 32 through identical shapes representing the three refurbished buildings, which currently vary in height and features.
The Outcome
The clear and accessible materials helped build understanding of the refurbishment plans, supporting a positive reception for the proposals.
