140 Aldersgate
Creating a contemporary consultation identity and connected suite of print and digital materials to make a complex, sustainability-led proposal clear and accessible.
-
J.P. Morgan Asset Management required a clear public consultation campaign for the sensitive refurbishment of 140 Aldersgate. The materials explained the design and sustainability ambitions while making complex planning proposals accessible to residents, businesses and stakeholders across two consultation phases.
-
We developed a contemporary typographic identity with a natural green palette, applied consistently across exhibition boards, a consultation website, printed materials and digital assets. Technical information and proposals were organised into a clear narrative, evolving throughout both consultation phases.
-
The campaign delivered a consistent identity across digital and printed materials, supporting engagement online and at two public exhibitions. Following consultation and stakeholder feedback, the planning application was submitted and validated by the City of London Corporation for statutory consultation.
